Long before 2Bridges was formed, Phil helped manage the NYC Film Co-Op that brought together the filmmaking community to develop stories, assemble crews, and produce films.
This is where he first met Reggie and James, and they didn’t take long to see that he was a valuable professional as a visual artist.
